No doubt it will be a particularly subjective opinion but I myself love Heavenly Escape and have taken both pleasure and pride in making it creative, a little quirky, and overall something that I think is quite special in the context of Grampians accommodation. We all value our time off immensely – it can be a rare commodity – and in recognition of this I am genuinely happy when guests enjoy their time at Heavenly Escape. Such a beautiful and comfortable place to stay. Surrounded by trees, we could sit on the deck and watch the abundant wildlife. It was a nice walking distance to town yet far enough out for quiet and privacy. The kitchen is a good size with everything you need and the spa was a treat after a long day of hiking. Tim is an excellent host. Highly recommend. 5 stars.

A Heavenly Escape is so secluded and beautiful. The private little cabin makes for a lovely peaceful getaway close to the centre of Halls Gap. The spa and fireplace made it so cosy (especially when it rained for part of the time we were there!), and the kitchen is well stocked with pans and utensils. Comfy bed too! We were lucky enough to wake up to kangaroos grazing outside the cabin one morning, as well as a cockatoo drinking on the deck, and a beautiful deer on the driveway. It was so special. Tim is an excellent host. He was very welcoming and generous in helping us re-book when covid messed up our holiday plans. I could not recommend this place more highly. We can’t wait for our next stay at a Heavenly Escape!

A Heavenly Escape was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The cabin is absolutely beautiful, clean, cosy and very stylishly decorated. Tim was an absolutely amazing host and kept in contact very well, providing a lot of tips and advice on things to do and see. We would definitely recommend this to friends and family and look forward to a time when we can rebook and visit again!
